Scott Greider Architecture is a design intensive practice predominantly focusing on residential works and boutique commercial and nonprofit projects in New York and the Fort Wayne, Indiana area.
Scott graduated from Pratt Institute in New York with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, and is licensed in New York and Indiana. He has more than 15 years experience, all but recently at Franke, Gottsegen, Cox Architects in NYC. He has worked on a broad range of project types including educational, commercial interiors, residential, and non-profit.
Scott’s design approach begins with and takes form from a central, clear idea that guides the project from beginning to end. This significant design concept then informs the materials to be used, and the construction methods, in an artful manner that is best described as natural and intuitive. With a central idea guiding the process, he finds that projects tend to reveal themselves through clarity and a dedication to honesty that prevents them from becoming blurred or disjointed through the complex design process. His steadfast commitment to the project’s ultimate vision and purpose yields uncompromised solutions of which his clients and the community can take pride.
