As project architect for Franke, Gottsegen, Cox Architects, Scott Greider oversaw the complete restoration of this historic brownstone on a prominent corner in the West Village. Scope included removing and replacing every part of the structure save the two brick facades shown here, which also needed to be significantly rebuilt.
